Tutorial created in PSP X2.

Material:
1 image of choice. I'm using artwort of Danielle Pioli. You can purchase her images at Mta.
Scrapkit Picnic, from Armazem Scraps. It's a PTU kit and you can purchase here.
Plugin VM Toolbox / Softborder - it's a freeware plugin and you can find here

1- Open a transparent image 600 x 600. Fill white. Selections >> select all.

2- Open a paper from the kit . Resize to 600 x 600. Edit >> copy. Edit >> paste into selection. Select none.

3- Plugin VM Toolbox >> softborder. Original settings.

4- Open a frame from the kit. Resize to 500 px. Edit >> copy. Edit >> paste as a new layer. Effects >> Drop Shadow: 1, 1, 50, 5, black.

5- Open another paper from the kit. Resize to 500 px. Edit >> copy. Edit >> paste as a new layer. Image >> free rotate >> 45 left. Using selection tool, select the part of the paper inside the frame. Delete. You'll have a triangle in the bottom of the frame. Effects >> 3D effects >> Inner Bevel. Add same Drop Shadow.

6- Open elements from the kit you want, resize 40% and arrange wherever you want. Add same Drop Shadow.

7- Open your tube, resize if you need and paste as a new layer. Add same Drop Shadow.

8- Open a new layerr. Add copyright and your mark.

9- Open a new layer and with the font of your choice, add your text..

10- Save in jpg.
